One of the most remarkable features of Campo Elíseo is its impressive network of underground galleries, situated ten meters below the surface. Originally part of the manor house, these galleries were carefully restored under the direction of François Lurton and the Rolland family, transforming them into an underground cellar. This unique space, with its naturally cool temperature of around 12°C, offers an ideal environment for the slow and balanced maturation of their wines, even when the outside temperatures soar above 40°C. In addition to the historic galleries, a modern building was constructed opposite the manor house to receive and press the grapes. The underground cellar houses not only barrels and foudres but also ovoid concrete tanks, all contributing to the distinct character of Campo Elíseo's wines. This atypical winery exemplifies a perfect harmony between the old and the new, creating a space where history and modernity coexist to produce wines of exceptional quality.

Saó del Coster is a winery that works organically and in the spirit of the biodynamy philosophy in Priorat. We respect the cycles of nature and refusse to use herbicides and pesticides at all cost. We offer tasting tours in several languages. Since its inception, Saó del Coster has worked organically and traditionally: it respects the cycles of nature, carries out biodynamic treatments and the lunar calendar sets the guidelines for its agricultural and oenological work, ploughing with mules and prohibiting the use of motorized vehicles in the vineyards. It is a mystical challenge which seeks to recover a work method practically on the verge of extinction. From the recovery of abandoned old vines from with low production, together with the purchase of grapes from neighboring producers who share the same values, we produce some 20,000 bottles a year. Small quantities allow full control over the winemaking process. The strength of an exceptional terroir such as that of Priorat allow vines of the varieties, among others, Garnacha and Cariñena, to remain productive even century old.  Our winery is located in a 19th century old house in the middle of the village of Gratallops, where the resurection of Modern Priorat took place. For the visits, in English, French and German (in addition to Catalan and Spanish), booking in advance is recommended but you can take you chance and knock at our door. It include a guided visit of the winery and/or vineyards, as well as a tasting of our wines.

Located in the backyard of a traditional Castilian house in Quintanilla de Arriba, Valladolid, Sarmentero traces its origins to 1942, when the property was acquired. Originally one of the town’s three miller houses, it later became dedicated to tile production, cattle breeding, and farming, alongside small-scale wine production for personal use. The family’s long-standing vine-growing tradition passed down through generations, instilled a deep knowledge and passion for winemaking. In 2004, fourth-generation winemaker Amparo Repiso fulfilled her dream by starting the winery with just one barrel of wine. As the wine’s success grew, so did the production. In 2013, a new building was constructed to improve efficiency while honoring the ancestral winemaking spirit that defines Sarmentero.

El Jardí dels Sentits (The Garden of the Senses) is a project matured since 20 years, but recently commercialised. Mª Assumption, our mother, inherited 9 Has from our grandparents's vineyard Raventós . Our father, captain of ship, and our mother, artist, continued the familiar tradition of sparkling wines at very small scale. Managing the Familiar vineyard since the 1998, discovered to us  the potential of these  small vineyards always  worked with passion. Our sparkling wine ages very long time, at the pure style of our grandfather. Al Jardí dels  Sentits, we incorporate wines from one unique plot, so as to enhace richness of the Mediterranean varieties. The crop is ecological since the 2014, incorporating vegetal cover, garbage matured by ourselves and some biodynamic techniques . The wine itself will directly speak to you through your senses!
