Bodegas Campo Elíseo is an exceptional winery that masterfully blends visionary innovation with deep-rooted tradition. Established in 2016, Campo Elíseo is located in the heart of La Seca, a town steeped in history and soul. The winery is housed in a beautifully restored manor house, which has been transformed into the center of their winemaking operations. One of the most remarkable features of Campo Elíseo is its impressive network of underground galleries, situated ten meters below the surface. Originally part of the manor house, these galleries were carefully restored under the direction of François Lurton and the Rolland family, transforming them into an underground cellar. This unique space, with its naturally cool temperature of around 12°C, offers an ideal environment for the slow and balanced maturation of their wines, even when the outside temperatures soar above 40°C. In addition to the historic galleries, a modern building was constructed opposite the manor house to receive and press the grapes. The underground cellar houses not only barrels and foudres but also ovoid concrete tanks, all contributing to the distinct character of Campo Elíseo's wines. Manilva, a picturesque coastal town in Málaga on the Costa del Sol, is home to historic Moscatel de Alejandría vineyards that overlook the Mediterranean Sea. The guided tour begins with a visit to the CIVIMA (Centro de Interpretación Viñas de Manilva). In its three themed rooms — Viticulture, Enology, and Harvest — visitors can explore the rich winemaking traditions of Manilva. The experience also includes a visit to the boutique winery, where the crafting of Nilva wines is showcased. Terra Remota was founded in 1999 when Emma and Marc Bournazeau purchased 40 hectares of land to create a winery, reconnecting with their Catalan roots. Over the past 20 years, they have cultivated 28 hectares of vines, transforming their dream into reality. The winery has been certified organic since 2012, reflecting their commitment to sustainable practices.

Bodegas Capafons Ossó S.L. produces Finca wines in  D.O.; Finca Mas de Masos and Finca Masia Esplanes. Francesc Capafons and Montserrat Ossó, married in Falset, have owned vineyards and family land for five generations. The current generation is represented by his son Francesc Xavier Capafons Ossó, a viticulturist and oenologist who leads the technical management of the two wineries. The constant dedication of this winery to production and research has received significant recognition from specialized critics. Our goal is to produce wines with a great representation of the land and a strong personality, looking for freshness, complexity, and elegance.
