5 Excellent experience! (Diane)I bought this experience for my husband's birthday gift and it was great! We had a horse ride beforehand so booked the 2 together. I didn't realise that you then drive up the road to the wine tour and tasting as a separate experience as the photos showed the horses riding through the vineyards so maybe that needs to be clearer, HOWEVER, it was all a fantastic experience. The horses are Arabian, beautiful and well behaved, the stables and surrounding area impeccable and the tour leader very friendly and experienced! Alexandra at the Clos de Basella is amazing with her information and friendly approach and you can tell she truly loves her job which makes it even better! We learnt a lot about the wine, the process and the area! Can highly recommend it, both the horse riding and the wine tour/tasting!

4 Friendly and inspiring (Susan Yon)We had a really good experience at Bodegas Bentomiz, where we were met with friendliness. We tasted four different wines and added their tasting snacks. Everything was delicious, but the story behind both the winery and the wines themselves was particularly inspiring. Definitely worth a visit!

5 Wine Tasting @ Bodega Emilio Moro (Adrian)Our Host Raquel was very nice and told us a lot about the history of the winery and the growing of the vines, the harvesting and the storage of the wine in the barrels. After the tour we went upstairs in the restaurant where we could taste 4 different wines and Raquel shared all her knowledge about the wines and wine tasting.

5 Wine experience and tour trough the cellars (Ingrid)We had a very warm and personal welcome! We had a very nice tour with a good tasting with ham and cheese etc! We can recommend this tour!!! It is a small family business which you can feel. We went to bigger wine cellars as Well but this is special because it is so small.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the animals are truly valued and treated with respect, just like the surrounding nature. The wines are exceptional and unique. The tasting was perfectly organized, with delicious snacks, their own olive oil, and fascinating stories about this organic winery. We highly recommend visiting! We were delighted to take several of these wonderful wines home with us.

4 Very friendly, good wines (STEFAN)When you are in front of the address you almost can't believe this is a cellar. It is a normal village house with a larger door. The installation is small, cosy. The owner and wine maker is a nice lady that explains in an attaching way how she became a wine maker. She has a small but nice selection of good wines in a price range going from 15 to 50 euros. The wines are quite different in taste from what you get usually in that region. We bought several bottles of her collection. We saw 2 nice restaurants in the village.

5 Interesting and tastfull visit (Hans)We had a private visit with the owner and winemaker. A glass of rosé as we have to wait a while. Very enthousiastic and a lot of interesting information. Modern winery and very neat. Followed by a taste of 3 excellent red wines in a nice surrounding.

5 Excellent visit (Simon)Took our friends to the Silvano Garcia Bodega for their wine tasting experience. The visit was fantastic, started with a tour and Paloma told us of its history. We then visited the aroma room and the storage facility. Then came the tasting ... we tried 7 wines 2 white 1 rose 3 red and a sweet desert wine - all accompanied by delicious tapas. Highly recommended and thouroughly enjoyed by all!

The tour of the winery was very detailed, interesting, and we even got our own separate tour as we wanted it in English. The tasting was excellent as well - we were left to go at our own pace, offered refills, our needs were attended to, and there were even non-alcoholic options available. Would definitely recommend this winery!

We didn’t experience the vineyard: “Continue your journey through the vineyard, where you'll discover the origins of our harvest and gain insights into the winemaking process. 5 Awesome experience - great vins (D)A wonderful tour and explanation. The small (but beautiful) wine cellar in a garage is difficult to find. But as soon as you enter, you can feel the enthusiasm, passion, and dedication with which this wine cellar is run. The wines are fabulous.

5 Fantastic tour in beautiful setting (Doina)This tour was very interesting. I really enjoyed all the videos showing the renovation of the current site. The care of the environment and encouragement of water saving and biodiversity was incredible. The wines were enjoyable too, so much so that we bought a box of the white we tried, Només, to take home with us. Highly recommended

4 Excellent (Zhirong)Nice winery with rare wines. Friendly and well spoken tour guide. Wine was an eye opener and taste exceptionally good. Free top up of snacks and wine, so eat and drink and chat to your hearts content. If stay at hotel nearby, free drop off for the whole experience.

5 Wonderful tour and tasting (Angela)Wonderful robust reds. Tasting is of ready to drink selections 2015- 2023 est, depend the variety. Patrick gave a great overview of the land and organic vineyard farming from the scenic terrace of the intown winery with local nibbles. Below the terrace burried in the hillside is the active fermenting etc. Finally we descended into the cellar. Lots of fun.

5 History, tradition and charm. (Per)Deep in Penedes country we find a winery with roots in the 16th century, where generations of winemakers have spent their lives working in the vineyards. Contemporary methods and modern science are now combined into the mix, producing among other wines a delicate Cava with historical roots. We enjoyed the tour around the winery, seeing the historical artifacts and hearing the perfect English of winemaker Xavier Vendrell. Well worth a visit.
