Funé Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Extra Brut 

Sparkling wine made entirely from the Glera variety, hand-picked and selected in the second half of September. It has a nice straw-yellow colour with light green shades and a vivacious and elegant bead. Fragrant and fruity, it’s characterized by fresh golden apple and white peach notes, as well as delicate scents of acacia flowers and citrus fruits.
Dry palate, with a good structure and a decidedly sapid note that blends well with the overall acidic structure, creating a very pleasant and zesty wine. Its long finish is livened by the return of the aromatic notes. Excellent for an aperitif, but also on its own. It enhances the flavors and scents of fish starters, tempura of courgette flowers, and vegetables in general.

n.1 Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Brut

Made entirely from the Glera variety, hand-picked and selected in the second half of September. It’s characterized by a bright greenish colour, with a minute and persistent bead. Its aroma is quite intense and fruity; the golden apple stands out in a flowery background. On the palate, it’s dry, fresh, and lean, supple and well-balanced, with a good persistence of aromas and a pleasantly fruity finish. It is a classic aperitif wine, best served with fish, shellfish, and molluscs entrées.

n.2 Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Extra Dry

This Prosecco is made entirely from the Glera variety, hand-picked and selected in the second half of September. It has a light straw-yellow, almost greenish colour, with impeccable clarity and a minute, persistent bead. The nose opens with strong and persistent acacia flowers and ripe golden apples aromas. This is an off-dry, fresh wine, pleasantly lean and with very little alcohol, supple and very balanced, with a good persistence and a fruity finish. Appreciated for its incredible versatility, it can be enjoyed on many different occasions, lightening up lunches, appetizers, and dinners of any kind.

Agathe 344 Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Dry

Made entirely from the Glera variety, hand-picked in the second half of September. This Prosecco is characterized by a very light straw-yellow colour and a minute and persistent bead. It is intensely fruity and floral to the nose, with persistent and fine scents reminiscent of ripe fruit (golden apple, mainly) and wisteria flowers. It is agreeable and caressing, pleasantly fresh and with a very balanced body; it is harmonious, with intense and persistent aromas and a decidedly fruity finish. It’s a typical dessert or end-of-meal wine, but it’s also perfect with certain cheeses and delicate liver pâtés.
