All this led, in 2011, to the establishment of new premises at the Cantina Mori Colli Zugna, which combine the ancient production concepts of winemaking with cutting-edge technologies. A history of struggles and successes has enabled its partners to build the largest underground winery in Europe, a unique wine cellar for better wine.
