About Winery and Wines
For over 50 years the Cavallero family has produced estate grown wines that epress the essence of the territory of the 'Monferrato Astigiano', the area to theNortheast of the ancient Roman city of Asti well known for the noble vines of Nebbiolo, Barber and Ruchè.
the modern winery Cantine Sant'Agata was refurbished during March 2023 and can now host interesting Tours and Tasting experieces.
We have 4 type of Ruche (2 classic: Na Vota & Il Cavaliere and 2 Riserva: ProNobis and Genesi)
In addiction we have 2 Barolo (Gold & White), a Nebbiolo, 1 Barbera d'Asti and 2 Barbera d'Asti Superiore, a white Gavi di Gavi and a Rosè of Piedmont.
A part from Wines we also produce spirits such as Gin, Rhum and also Amaro, Vermouth and Bitteranza
