The winery was established by Antonio Carpenè, a pioneer of Italian enology, who played a key role in the development and promotion of sparkling wines in Italy, particularly Prosecco.

Over more than 150 years, Carpenè Malvolti has remained a family-run company, now led by the fifth generation, continuing a legacy of innovation, research, and excellence.
