We are a family-run winery located in the charming town of Puigpelat, Tarragona, nestled in the heart of Catalonia. Producing around 10,000 bottles annually, we are proud members of the Cellers Singulars Association of the DO Tarragona and the Vinya, Celler, Masia collective, all of which emphasize the importance of sustainable practices and authentic winemaking rooted in tradition.

One of our standout activities is our immersive EscapeRoom, The Secrets of the Old Winery, a fun and challenging way to explore the history and mysteries of winemaking. Visitors can test their skills and ingenuity as they unravel the secrets hidden within our old winery, making their visit a truly memorable adventure. At our winery, we craft a variety of unique wines that reflect the diversity and richness of our local terroir.

Microvinificació Xarel·lo: Clean and bright yellow color with a tear that suggests volume and balance in the mouth. Dry and fruity aroma and taste typical of the variety, which highlight the potency as a predominant characteristic and result of the harvest at the optimum point of maturation. The set of positive factors of this microvinification led the wine to be chosen as the second best dry white wine of the D.O. Tarragona 2020 and 2021.

Microvinificació Chardonnay: At first glance it has a clean and bright appearance with yellow reflections that indicate its youth. The dense tear in the glass suggests volume in the mouth. It has an aroma that recalls ripe tropical fruits. At the taste level, a fresh and creamy wine is perceived that indicates that it was harvested at the correct point of maturation. The Chardonnay provides fruit and is a friendly wine.

Promesa: Intense pink color, clean and bright. On the nose we find aromas of white flowers that remind us of spring, with a background of ripe pear and nuances of red licorice. Marked acidity on the palate that provides a lot of freshness and at the same time, alongside the fruits, a very Mediterranean aniseed touch is perceived. The wine lingers on the palate with a very pleasant taste that invites you to enjoy it calmly.

Pont Fosc: A single-varietal Macabeo wine, sourced from a clay-calcareous vineyard. It has a light golden hue and aromas of wildflowers, with a soft, toasted finish from its time in chestnut barrels. Dry, light, and fresh on the palate, it surprises with a saline finish and shows great potential for evolution.

Identitas: A monovarietal wine made from the Subirat Parent grape, part of the Malvasíes family. It boasts a light, shiny golden color and offers complex aromas of aromatic plants and orange blossom. The wine is dry and unctuous with a honeyed finish, complemented by acidity and subtle tannins from chestnut barrel aging.

Coordenades 1º19: Round wine of the Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) monovarietal, ruby ​​in color and purple hues. On the nose we find spices such as pepper and balsamic touches. We also notice the sweetness of caramels and red fruits. The final taste brings us to the taste of ripe plums. Gentle on the palate and soft structure with character, persistent and gentle taste.

Sebastià: This is a single-varietal Merlot with a rich ruby color and violet hues. The wine is expressive, with elegant aromas of ripe red fruits, vanilla, licorice, and toasty notes. On the palate, it is dry and unctuous, with balsamic nuances and excellent aging potential.

Blanch Subirat Brut Nature: This sparkling wine is characterized by its intense aromas of white fruit and flowers. With a soft golden color and fine bubbles, it offers a delicate palate with good body and a clear expression of the Subirat Parent grape.

Blanch Vinyater: Sparkling wine with intense floral and syrupy fruit aromas that generate great persistence in the mouth. Bright gold color with constant and fine bubbles with a refreshing mouthfeel. Good body where the native Vinyater variety is appreciated with its characteristic notes of tender almonds and citrus.
