DOCK - Les Sacrés Chais, the first urban winery in Reims, was founded in 2021 by wine enthusiasts Laure and Fabrice, who set out to create still wines that merge tradition with modernity and a distinctive originality. The winery embodies a spirit of creativity, producing wines meant to be enjoyed among friends. Working with organic vineyards that prioritize the environment, Laure and Fabrice ensure that only the highest quality grapes are selected. The winemaking process is a balance of tradition and innovation, featuring a traditional wooden press alongside modern tanks. With minimal intervention, low sulfites, and manual bottling, DOCK - Les Sacrés Chais crafts wines that are authentic, carefully nurtured, and full of character.

DOCK - Les Sacrés Chais presents a diverse range of whites, reds, and rosés, each crafted to be fruity, approachable, and highly drinkable. Originality shines through in the vinification, blending, and aging processes. All wines are made from certified organic grapes, hand-harvested from partner vineyards across France. The vinification, which takes place entirely in Reims, follows a minimal-intervention and natural approach, ensuring that each bottle reflects the purity and character of the fruit.
