About Winery and Wines

DOCK - Les Sacrés Chais is the first urban winery in Reims, a winery founded in 2021 by 2 wine enthusiasts who wanted to create still wines in their image, between tradition and modernity, and with marked originality.

Whites, reds and rosés, the 3 colors are represented. The idea is to offer friendly wines that are fruity, pleasant and highly drinkable. Originality is required whether through vinification, blending, or ageing. All the wines are made from certified organic grapes, harvested by hand from partner winegrowers from different vineyards in France, and the vinification (entirely carried out in Reims) is as natural and as less interventionist as possible.
