About Winery and Wines

The Winery, is a state of the art unit equipped with horizontal pressers and inox vats. Visitors may tour around the underground cooling facilities before they come to the large wooden door that leads to the cellar. Here the wine ferments and rests in old oak French barrels. The almost nonexistent lighting, the controlled temperatures and humidity allow the wine to gain its distinct personality. At the top floor we have created a special large area that caters to wine tasting events
