La Cave de Pauline was born from a clear ambition: to offer organic, high-quality wine with personalized advice akin to a wine merchant, all while upholding eco-responsible values. Deliveries within Paris are made by bike, packaging materials are 100% recycled, and the wines are sourced from family-owned estates known for their commitment to responsible and sustainable practices.

The journey began in 2020, with Pauline joined by Maxime, who carefully selects the best vintages from some of the finest terroirs. In addition to providing exceptional wines, La Cave de Pauline offers monthly tasting workshops in various locations, team-building events, wine-themed escape games, and more—all infused with a deep passion for wine.

For those eager to explore, monthly subscription boxes are available, offering a selection of organic wines along with educational content to enhance tasting skills and knowledge. The goal is to provide a delightful and enriching wine experience.

At Cave de Pauline, wines are carefully selected from passionate winegrowers who practice organic or biodynamic farming. The references, sourced from family-sized estates, come from some of the finest French terroirs, with the goal of delivering a memorable tasting experience that delights the palate.
