Lykos Winery, founded in 1991 by Apostolos Lykos, sits in Evia Island's Malakonda-Eretria area, just 80 km from Athens. Originally part of a family restaurant, the winery now stands alone but still complements the restaurant for a complete experience.
Spanning generations, the Lykos family combines tradition with modern technology to enhance Evian Vineyard's legacy. Their vineyards stretch across Evia, Boeotia, and Nemea, benefiting from a unique terroir and expertise. Their wines have earned international awards, including the esteemed Panseloinos, Malagousia, and Kratistos.
Lykos Winery offers a diverse range of wines that reflect the rich heritage and terroir of Greece. Known for crafting both red and white wines, the winery combines indigenous Greek grape varieties with international ones to create distinctive wines. Their portfolio includes robust reds such as Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, alongside local varieties like Agiorgitiko. The whites feature aromatic expressions of Assyrtiko, Sauvignon Blanc, and Malagouzia. Each wine is crafted with careful attention to quality and showcases the character of the Evia and Sterea Ellada regions where the vineyards are located.
