La degustazione è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile, nonostante il tempo inclemente. La piccola azienda, immersa nel cuore della campagna, ci ha accolto con calore e passione. Rachele ci ha accompagnate con entusiasmo e competenza, raccontandoci ogni dettaglio dei vini e della storia dell’azienda. La sua passione per il lavoro era palpabile, e nonostante la pioggia che ci ha costretti a restare al coperto, la sua energia ha reso l’esperienza unica e coinvolgente. Ogni bicchiere degustato raccontava una storia di cura e dedizione. Un’esperienza che consiglio a chi cerca un luogo dove la passione per il vino si fonde con l’autenticità del territorio.

L'esperienza con Merumalia è andata oltre le nostre aspettative. è un'azienda giovane e moderna, capace di accoglierti calorosamente. Molto brava la ragazza che ci ha fatto il tour e la degustazione è stata eccellente. Vedere il tramonto da lì è stato mozzafiato.

Azienda giovane, a conduzione familiare, ben organizzata e con tanto entusiasmo. Calorosa accoglienza per gli ospiti e visita in vigna e cantina davvero piacevole; la nostra guida, gentilissima e preparatissima, ci ha accompagnati con ottimi suggerimenti anche durante la degustazione. Una bella sorpresa!

The vineyard was in a beautiful location overlooking Rome. The people gave us a short tour of the grounds and production facilities then served us great wines paired with local cheeses and meats. Everyone was super nice and quick to answer our questions. An experience I would recommend to anyone.

The tour and tasting in Marumalia was superb experience. Owner was great host, the surranndings beatiful and the wines and treats excellent!

My girlfriend and I booked this winery visit towards the end of our most recent Roman vacation. We normally go to a winery or two when we are in Italy so we wanted to do something after experiencing some local wines at a dinner we had at a very well-known restaurant that works with a lot of small local wineries. Upon making the booking Giulia called me to see if we were able to come a little earlier than we had booked. We did as we had built a day like this into our schedule. And we couldn't have been happier we did. We arrived via Uber to the winery and we were greeted by a very cheery Giulia and a gorgeous and very friendly Achille (her dog). This place a must-do if you are looking for a day trip out of Rome. Its very close to the cute city of Frascati (also a great place to stop in). Merumalia is not only a beautiful winery, but a gorgeous resort, with some amazing picturesque views of the surrounding areas. Giulia is amazing. She is so lovely and such a great host. If you are super into wines, especially organic natural wines, she is an encyclopedia of information. We learned so much and came away with such a new appreciation for what these farmers and winemakers do. The wines were amazing. This area is more known for its whites, and they did not disappoint. They also make a delicious dessert wine and a tasty grappa. She brought out some local meats and cheeses and paired them with olive oil they also make on the grounds. Everything was top-notch and of t
10/10. Perfect day and experience. Take an Uber or taxi there. Take a car to Frascati. Grab lunch or early dinner there. Take the train back.

Quella di ieri è stata un’esperienza bellissima, sicuramente molto più piacevole di quanto ci aspettassimo. Chiara, la sommelier che lavora nella cantina, ha una capacità di raccontare particolarmente coinvolgente, ed è ovviamente molto preparata su tutti gli aspetti dell’azienda. Dalla storia del posto, alla descrizione della vigna, fino ad arrivare alla cantina in cui nasce il vino e l’assaggio stesso del vino da loro prodotto.
Tutta davvero molto bello. Anche il tagliere da loro preparato, richiesto da noi vegetariano, era fantastico.
Un’esperienza che consiglio davvero a tutti.
