Oinoe, the city of wine, synthesizes and delineates a human and business venture whose headway dates back to the recent 2013. It is the story of the happy joining of two families, the Cavallis and the Ceriolis: the first one boasting fifty years expertise in wine industry, and the second one embodied by Alex, a young entrepreneur deeply keen on pouring into the microcosm of wine all the expertise he has gained in several fields of agriculture together with his dynamic and innovative vision. The current synergy between these two souls naturally enriches such a conspicuous existing patrimony, and allows the Oinoe to face the stiff Food market, characterizing Italy as an absolute excellence. Oinoe srl company is located on Parma Hills, a well-known area all over the world for the production of two of the Italian gastronomy’s symbols, Parma Ham and Parmiggiano Reggiano (parmesan cheese). Our company overlooks Enza Valley, and our Guyout trained wineyards (40 Acres) include varieties of Malvasia, Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet and Lambrusco. Vines are arranged round the hill in harmony with the territory and they are grown according to Integrated Agricultural Principles, which allows us to produce exquisite and particularly cherished wines. Carefully selected bottles, labels and packaging too, convey such preciousness.

Our Goyout are trained vieyards (40 acres) include varieties of Malvasia, Moscat, Barbera, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet e Lambrusco. Vineyard are arranged around the hill in armony with the territory and they are grown according to Integrate Agricoltural Principles which allows us to produce select wines and expecially requested.
