Pecorino IGT Colline Pescaresi, VINEYARD: pergola style 10 years old, VINEMAKING PROCESS: hand-harvested grapes pressed in 1 hour, total destemming, 10% pre-fermentation for 6 hours, cold static decanting, steel fermentation and partly in French oak tonneaux with native yeasts AT 18 degrees, AGING: inox and part in tonneaux with lees, ALCOHOL: 13 % vol., BOTTLE: da 0,75 l – cork/stelvin, TRACEABILITY: Spoltore (PE) Abruzzo fg 12 part147

 Cococciola IGT Colline Pescaresi, VINEYARD: pergola style 25 years old, VINEMAKING PROCESS: made from Cococciola grapes, a rustic vine rich in tannin, processing without maceration. Fermentation in steel up to a residue of about 20 grams of sugar, stopping it and decanting through cold and keeping it cool.
