Experience tells us that great wines start on the vine, which is why we take special care in this regard. Our technical department is constantly monitoring our vineyards in order to achieve the very best growth and optimum grape quality. We have selected the oldest (some 80 years old) and highest quality vineyards in our area (La Manchuela), grapes grown in the traditional way, also known as “goblet-trained”, achieving the best structure and intensity for our wines in this way. We are also venturing into organic vineyards, acquiring healthier wines for our consumers while also contributing to environmental care, thus ensuring that future generations can have the same opportunities as us.
