Tenuta Argentiera

Tenuta Argentiera is one of the most prestigious estates in the Bolgheri DOC area, located along the Tuscan coast. The estate extends over 153 hectares, characterized by a unique biodiversity that creates a balanced ecosystem where vineyards can thrive naturally, protected from environmental stress.

The vineyards, covering around 85 hectares, are arranged in a natural amphitheater facing the sea, benefiting from reflected light and constant marine breezes. These winds, combined with significant day-night temperature variations during the ripening period, create an ideal microclimate for producing high-quality grapes.

The landscape alternates between vineyards and Mediterranean scrub, which enhances air circulation and contributes to the health of the vines. The estate is divided into four distinct vineyard areas, each with unique geomorphological characteristics, allowing for a diverse and precise expression of the terroir.
