Siamo stati seguiti dal proprietario della tenuta che ci ha mostrato le cantine e i macchinari utilizzati per produrre il vino e l’olio. La spiegazione è stata molto dettagliata e non sono mancate approfondite delucidazioni in risposta alle nostre curiosità. Siamo complessivamente soddisfatti della degustazione.
L’unico consiglio che ci sentiremo di dare è di abbinare del cibo in più da stuzzicare con il vino oltre al pane con l’olio.
