About Winery and Wines
As a fourth-generation family of winemakers since 1921, we are dedicated to crafting fine wines from our organic vineyards with tradition and passion. Our winery is nestled in the beautiful hundred-year-old estate that our great-grandfather founded over a century ago in Villarrobledo, in the heart of Spain. A true testament to our heritage, the winery still houses 45 original, hand-crafted clay amphoras made by the town’s renowned tinajero artisans. This historic gem is not only a place where our wines are created but a cultural treasure that every wine lover should experience at least once in their lifetime. Our family has passed down the knowledge and passion for winemaking through generations, and we continue to honor our roots with wines that are rich in personality and evoke cherished memories.
At our family winery, we craft our wines as our ancestors did, reviving ancient techniques such as fermenting in clay amphoras and using the labor-intensive Ancestral method for sparkling wines. All of our fine wines are made with minimal intervention, reflecting our commitment to preserving the natural essence of our vineyards and terroir. From our organic grapes to each step of the winemaking process, we strive to capture the purity and history of our land in every bottle.
