Three generations of men and women. Almost a century of vintages. An extraordinary treasure of experience in the art of winemaking started with Enrico and Matilde, handed down by their sons Giacomo, Bruno and Ugo, continued today by Enrico, Davide and Enrico Tommaso and their respective families to tell a story of wine quality tradition, deeply linked to their territory.
The Vaudano Enrico e Figli company, from the 1930s to the present day, produces a territory typical wines, with a surprising quality level.

Cisterna d' Asti is a village “in the middle”, located between the Roero, to which it historically and economically belongs, and the Colline Alfieri of the Asti area. Its soils of Pliocene origin are characterized by sands, in which beautiful fossil shells are constantly found, and by the clays of the blue lands. The characteristics of the land give the white wines finesse and elegance, as in the Docg Terre Alfieri “Prasulè and Pecten or in the  Docg Roero Arneis. But also power, elegance and longevity in red wines, such as in our Docg Barbera d'Asti Marej and Ca 'd'Furnot or in the Docg Roero "Giardinèt" vinified from grapes from selected "Sorì" with excellent exposure to the sun and peculiar characteristics of the soil.

Particular attention is paid to the Croatina from which, from the vineyards located in Roche, one of the most vocated areas of Cisterna, the Cisterna d’Asti doc “Dragone” is obtained.
