Villa Angarano winery is located in the easternmost part of the Breganze DOC area in Bassano del Grappa. The estate accounts for 50 hectares, of which 8 are vineyards that extend to the right bank of the River Brenta. The alluvial soil and the nightly breeze that blows from Valsugana Valley are beneficial to both the grapevines and the olive groves. Thanks to these generous climatic conditions, these Veneto lands were first chosen for cultivation and never since abandoned. And wine – using Andrea Palladio's words – has always been produced here. After almost seven-hundred years of production using traditional methods, today the five sisters Bianchi Michiel have dedicated their effort to a new production, pursuing their love for harvesting and wine, along with the expert consultation of oenologist Marco Bernabei,. The challenge has just begun: following careful research for the most suited varieties to the territory, capable of enhancing the bouquet that these ancient lands can offer, in 2003, the farm first began with the replantation of the vineyards of Merlot, Cabernet, and then Chardonnay and Vespaiolo grape. These new wines represent the fruit of an extended effort to renew and improve the quality of its products After a three-year period of conversion, in 2016 Villa Angarano finally obtains the .Organic Certification. This milestone asserts the winery's belief that protecting and respecting both Nature and human health is of utterly importance to guarantee a safe an wealthy environment to the upcoming generation.

All our wines originate from our 8-hectare vineyard that surrounds Villa Angarano, set in Bassano del Grappa, few metres far from the Brenta River, just at the end of Valsugana Valley.
