Woolton Farm
About the Winery
Woolton Farm, located in Bekesbourne near Canterbury, Kent, has a rich history with the Mount family, who have been farming fruit for four generations. Known for producing award-winning cider, the family expanded their expertise to wine production, creating Woolton Wines with a focus on small, high-quality batches. The vineyard’s journey began at a family wedding when the wine produced for the celebration turned out to be exceptional. Under the leadership of Sam Mount, the vineyard reflects the passion and authenticity of this Kent estate, producing single-estate wines that echo the landscape and heritage. The farm’s ethos revolves around creating drinks that challenge the imagination while capturing the essence of the region’s terroir.
