Beginner's Sensory Wine Tasting at Domaine Pieracci in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer

Your experience at Domaine Pieracci begins with a tour of the estate, where you will walk through the vineyard and winery while learning about the property’s history. A member of the hospitality team will lead the visit before welcoming you into the tasting room.

Here, discover wine through a guided sensory tasting designed for curious beginners. The workshop uses fun, scent-based activities to help you explore the appearance, aromas, and textures of each wine. You will taste approximately six wines from the AOP Côtes de Provence and AOP Bandol appellations, including white, rosé, and red styles. The reds feature grape varieties such as Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah, while the whites are made from Rolle. The number and selection of wines may vary according to availability.

No prior knowledge is required, just an interest in discovering the world of Provençal wine.
