Visit Casas do Côro for this 2-night gourmet food & wine getaway!
On the day of arrival, you will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine Caves de SãoJoão Bruto Reserva and shown to your room. You'll have the rest of the evening to settle in.
On the following day, you will head to Chãs to visit the Quinta da Ervamoira winery. Here you will take a tour of the Museum of the Ervamoira Site and Casa Ramos Pinto. After the tour, you will enjoy lunch at the winery.
In the evening a tasting dinner will be served for you at the hotel's restaurant, Casão do Largo, which includes an amuse-bouche, a starter, a soup, a fish dish, a meat dish, and a dessert buffet, all accompanied by the tasting of 5 wines that will allow you to better understand the virtues of the Beira Interior territory.
At the end of the dinner, you'll have the opportunity to join a night walking tour. During the tour, you'll discover the magic of silence, as well as the best night views over Casas do Côro and the beautiful historical village of Marialva.
On your final morning, you'll enjoy a walking tour of Marialva's castle and explore the vast historical, religious, architectural, and natural heritage of this historical village. Here you will rediscover the beauty and silence that you thought no longer existed! Finally, it will be time to head back to the hotel for your check-out. A gift box containing 3 bottles of wine (white, rosé, and red) will be waiting for you at the front desk!
