When arriving at Belém Marina, you will see our VAN STAND! That’s the meeting point where you check in. Our VAN STAND has a big orange and blue flag that says “Rent a Boat”.
Please check in at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the tour starts.

Any client with an alcoholic appearance will not be allowed to board, and the refund will not be issued.
No pets allowed, only service animals (service animals are certified to help people with disabilities with certain tasks). Service animals count for the capacity of the boat, so if you’re bringing any service animal, you need to inform us in the notes of your reservation request.
