Led by Giovanni, a former CERN nuclear physicist turned farmer, you'll explore a family-run farm that honors the legacy of his grandfather, producing wine, cured meats, vegetables, beer, olive oil, and more with great care and respect for nature.

Your experience begins with a guided walk through the vineyard and outdoor spaces of the estate. You’ll learn how vines and crops are cultivated with passion, tradition, and a deep connection to the land, following sustainable practices handed down through generations.

After the walk, you’ll be welcomed into the estate’s frasca, a rustic countryside tasting space, for a guided tasting of 3 wines, each paired with a platter of homemade cold cuts and fresh bread. Wines served may include the fresh and lively Brut Millesimato, the fruit-forward Rosé, and the Fondon, a naturally sparkling wine with sediment, true to local tradition.
