Alessandro Fedrizzi's winery in Colli Bolognesi is ready to welcome you for this experience.
The Barbera grape has been grown in the hills of Bologna for at least 5 centuries, and with this experience, you'll have the opportunity to taste at least three different versions: Barbera Frizzante (sparkling), Barbera Ferma (still) and Barbera Riserva. Each glass will be paired with an agricultural product from the area such as cheese or cold cuts to find the perfect combination.
If you are a Barbera lover, this is your tasting! Alessandro Fedrizzi's Barbera Frizzante is bottle-fermented, rosé, and dry. Barbera Ferma is fruity and with a distinct acidity. Finally, Barbera Riserva is a full-bodied wine, ideal for finishing the tasting, produced in limited quantities.
End your wine tasting with an extra glass of Vermouth for an additional 7€.
Children will enjoy fruit juice and stuffed tigella, a typical bread from the area.
