Here is what's in store for you

The experience starts in the morning from the village of Gallipoli, a fishing town in southern Apulia, overlooking the Ionian Sea.
In a few kilometres we reach Alezio (an ancient Messapian town, where there is an interesting museum on pre-Roman civilisations), then Sannicola. Cycling through secondary country roads, olive groves and dry stone walls, you will reach "Tenuta Mamma Anna" - a family-run agriturismo where the cooking class will take place.
The products are harvested from the family garden and then the dishes are prepared: "Pitta di Patate" (similar to a potato gâteau, with a filling of tomatoes olives capers onion and tuna), "Pittule" (little balls of fried dough, filled with tomatoes and capers, or empty to be enjoyed with honey) and handmade Orecchiette (a typical local pasta, shaped like an ear, made with fingers and a knife), "Pasticciotto" (a shortcrust pastry filled with Chantilly cream), are just some of the dishes that will be prepared together. This will be followed by lunch based on the dishes prepared. On the way back we will have the opportunity to visit the baroque town of Galatone and the "radio museum" of Tuglie.

The route is easy and suitable for everyone, possibility of electric bikes.
