Birra Follina is first and foremost a family, which over time has expanded to include friends and collaborators, all united by a passion for crafting high-quality, unconventional beers that reflect the culture and traditions of the region. We produce top-fermented, unfiltered, and unpasteurized beers, staying true to artisanal brewing techniques.
This experience begins with a guided visit to our brewing laboratory, which lasts about 30 minutes, offering insight into our brewing philosophy and techniques. The tour is followed by a tasting of three craft beers and the beer distillate ‘Primo Malto’, paired with local delicacies, including cold cuts, cheeses, crispy giardiniera, grape mustard, bread or breadsticks, and water.
To make your visit even more special, at the end of the experience, you will receive a special gift and enjoy an exclusive 15% discount on any purchases made at the brewery.
Our journey is driven by a deep passion for craft beer, a long-standing experience in wine production and bottle refermentation, and over twenty years of studying brewing traditions from across Europe. These elements make the Birra Follina adventure truly unique.
The brewery takes its name from the ancient village of Follina, nestled in the foothills of Treviso. Here, the Follina River, one of the smallest rivers in Italy, provides the pure, pristine water that forms the foundation of our beers.
