These beers are characterized by their acidic flavors, resulting from natural fermentation. Boerenerf, a traditional lambic and geuze blender, specializes in crafting these classic styles, along with fruit beers and hybrid blends of wine and beer.
During this tour, you'll learn about the rich history of the Boerenerf brewery and the production process of lambic and geuze beers. You'll walk through an authentic barrel room and discover the centuries-old tradition of brewing geuze and lambic. In the barrel room, you'll have the opportunity to sample two of these traditional beers. You'll also be surprised with unique and innovative hybrid products that blend beer and wine. All of this takes place in the unique setting of a centuries-old farm that has been in the same family for generations.
