Guided by the estate’s sommelier, this immersive experience begins in the vineyards, where you’ll explore the foundations of organic winemaking—starting from the soil and the sustainable philosophy that drives every decision.
You’ll then move to the cellar for a unique tasting session that includes three wines sampled directly from the barrels, one of which will be a cuvée en primeur: an unreleased vintage offering a rare preview of the future.
The experience continues with a guided tasting of seven wines, all paired with a platter of local Tuscan cheeses and cured meats, carefully selected to enhance every sip.
