Your host will welcome you for an interactive tasting game. This is not a typical wine tasting; it's a sensory challenge where your palate and sense of smell are the only guides.
Once you are blindfolded, the game begins. You will be guided through a series of scent and taste tests, challenging you to identify wine temperatures and varieties without being influenced by sight. The experience is designed to be both entertaining and a way to understand wine on a deeper level.
The tasting takes place in the estate's olive grove, right in front of the Villa. If the weather is not suitable, the experience moves indoors to the tasting room. You will taste 3 or 4 wines, all produced by the estate. As this is a blind tasting, their identities will only be revealed as part of the game. The wines will be served with a selection of small baked nibbles, such as bread, taralli, grissini, or focaccia, depending on availability.
