Depending on the winery, the selection may also include a still white such as Chardonnay or Pinot Bianco, a red such as Colli di Conegliano Rosso or Marzemino, or a passito dessert wine. The wines are paired with bread, local cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables preserved in oil or vinegar; vegetarian guests are offered cheeses or other seasonal preparations instead of cold cuts.
