While I did love the decor (inside...
While I did love the decor (inside and out) of this establishment, I thought my experience overall was just okay. While I realize a winery in Minnesota/Wisconsin may have a harder time in comparison to those on the west coast, I thought most of the wines were average at best. Only 1 white and 1 red stand out as decent (out of a dozen or so); as well, the staff while pleasant, did not provide us with any additional details/history/etc.

My boyfriend and I visited the winery...
My boyfriend and I visited the winery last spring break while on a day trip to Waco and loved our wine tasting with Jim. This spring break, I brought a group of friends, and, again, we loved the wine, and the conversation and knowledge Jim shared with us. I always recommend the Waco Winery when I hear of people coming to Waco; it's definitely one of my favorite wineries.

The tasting is done differently here. $25...
The tasting is done differently here. $25 minimum and you get a card that you insert into machines that dispense the wine for you. I prefer a more one on one experience where I get to learn about the wines I'm tasting. The wine was good though
