The staff was nice, the outdoor seating...
The staff was nice, the outdoor seating was cooled by a misting system that cut the Texas heat & the wine was good.

Stopped there as a new Wine Consumer...
Stopped there as a new Wine Consumer on a Wednesday around noon. Place wasn't very busy, however, the bartender? took time to answer my beginner questions with zeal. As we were speaking the owners came through and took the time to say hello, introduce themselves, and shake my hand. Small shop to buy some snacks and souvenirs. The 3 wines I tried were all very good, however I liked the Purple Porpoise the best!

I went here for my birthday, and...
I went here for my birthday, and it was awesome! John was our guide, and he did a great job! I highly recommend him. This was a super fun experience, and I intend on coming back here. The tour was very interesting and informative, and I enjoyed all of the wines I tasted. I even became a member, so I can get a discount on their wines. So go to Grape Creek Vineyards if you want to have an exceptional winery experience, and try unique wines you can't get anywhere else.

Decent tasting wine, tasting price is steep...
Decent tasting wine, tasting price is steep but the bottles are reasonable. Wish I didn't have to become a member just to sit on the nice part of the patio. The pizza looked and smelled amazing but I didn't get a chance to try it. They get very busy, definitely a trendy place.

My wife and I were lucky enough...
My wife and I were lucky enough to spend our anniversary day in the Fredericksburg area. We decided to stop in and check out Grape Creek Winery. We were pleasantly surprised with the location and the friendly staff. Mary did a great job educating us on all of the wines and good choices for food pairings. We only had time for wine tasting but plan to go back for a tour. We enjoyed the wine so much that we signed up for the membership. Highly recommended! Thank You Mary!
