I went to this winery a long time back, 2005 to be exact, and am glad to see it's still thriving. Excellent wines and so great to see a British business doing well in this arena.

What a warm welcoming & very informative tour of the vineyards lead by an amazing fun lady -Alexandra James. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

We had a wonderful few hours here. We were a group of four and had arrived early for the tour so decided to enjoy a cup of tea and bacon sandwich in the cafe. The staff were extremely friendly and the food delicious. We then had a tour round and were given interesting facts about the house and gardens. We then were shown some of the vinyard and were told the history of wine making in England. The wine tasting was taken in the lovely sunny gardens, the wines were delicious and the talk very knowledgeable. We all learnt something new. A lovely way to spend a few hours.

Beautiful location in Oxfordshire with fantastic English Wines

A proper vineyard run by a passionate husband and wife team (ex raf so I'm biased). I've bought wine here, and taken part in a days picking, lovely vineyard in the heart of rural Oxfordshire. The white Crispin is lovely and crisp, the Bacchus a traditional English wine, the red reminds me of a rustic French semi claret. You can almost taste the Wallingford soil!

Good place but expensive

We bought a Groupon for £15 for two people to have a tour of Bolney Vineyard, with wine tastings and a cheeseboard. I have done a few wine tours now in the South of England and this one would place joint first. We walked to the vineyard from where we were staying. The tour was excellent and informative, with wine tasting afterwards. We got to see the vineyard and winery. I was impressed with the wine during the tasting and purchased some. Then we had a cheeses, meats, olives and bread, which was delicious. We then went on a walk by ourselves around the vineyard and saw the beautiful views from the vineyard. We then headed back to the Cafe. Where you can try more wine! We shall return with more people!
