This place is horrible. I have memberships at every winery in the treasure valley and Sawtooth Winery is the only one to consistently do things to upset their customers. My last wine shipment came in and I was unable to get it for literally a few months. I drove over there 3 times and every single time was during a week day when it says they are supposed to be open. I even called a few times and they just decided to be closed for a week. The last time I drove there during normal business hours (mind you it's a good 30 minutes one way) there were enough cars to fill up the entire parking lot but their door was locked. I pounded on the door multiple times and called their number like 5 times out of frustration even left messages but nobody answered nor did they care to call me back. After about 30 minutes even the FED EX guy was there wondering what was going on couldn't even leave a package so we both just took off. I had to come a 4th time with my family and wait in the car just to get the wine I ordered forever ago. Then, to add insult to injury, they had some wine company call me asking what I liked best about Sawtooth Winery and did I want to buy some more wine and I told the guy no way and explained what happened and the guy tells me he will contact them and have them call me. Nobody ever did. Finally today I get an email telling me they're going to charge me for another shipment of wine and I try to call them (at like 2pm not during lunch not during some wierd hour of th

Went here on a late winter day with a group of 5 for a tasting and some cardgames. Both the service and the wines were excellent, but there was only two or three tables large enough to seat more than four, and they were both outside. Aren't wine tastings popular with groups? Shouldn't there be more space for people to hang out and enjoy there wine, and not in the cold?

Overpriced, rushed, and cramped! If you tour the other local wineries you will see how much of a rip off this one is. Twist open wines and stingy pours. The other wineries nearby are much better!

Pretty good. Found the salad with the sliders inconsistent. Wine is fine. Great service. Got a vinaigrette on the side, and the salad was just great. . Love the sliders, and the staff. Location, and patio, are in the greater Sandpoint down town. I love this place.

Nice atmosphere. Polite servers. Decent wine. But the service is SO SLOW! It was just before a peek hour, so they were fully staffed, and hardly any customers, and it still took a half hour just to get a bottle of wine...

Great restaurant, great wine, awesome atmosphere!

This is an amazing place and Sandpoint is so fortunate to have this winery in the heart of their downtown! The design and remodel is fabulous and it looks like something you would expect to see in a big city. My husband and I are from out of state and have been here twice now. The staff is so friendly and helpful! The wine tastes great and the Malbec is my favorite. Food in the new restaurant is wonderful and the healthier versions that are offered pair nicely with their wines. The gift shop offers very unique items and I love to shop there. The atmosphere and ambiance is fun for a date night, girl's night out or just a casual evening with some friends. It's a quick walk from the La Quinta Inn so we don't have to worry about driving!

They did an absolutely beautiful job with the old Belwood building - inside and out. Can't wait for the new restaurant to open!
