Private Tour & Winemaker’s Kitchen Experience at Cantina Bussoletti

Your private experience at Cantina Bussoletti begins with a welcome from Martina, an enologist and member of the winery’s hospitality team.

Martina will guide you through the production cellar and the barrel room, where Ciliegiolo matures in wooden and concrete vessels. Along the way, you will discover the history of the estate, its winemaking process, and the distinctive features of its production. Weather permitting, the visit also includes a walk through the vineyard.

The experience continues with a hands-on cooking session led by the estate’s chefs. You will learn how to prepare homemade pasta and its accompanying sauce, following traditional local techniques. The remaining dishes are prepared by the kitchen and served during the meal.

You will then take a seat in the estate’s reserved panoramic room, overlooking the Umbrian hills, for a four-course lunch or dinner consisting of an appetiser, first course, main course, and dessert.

The meal is accompanied by a guided tasting of five representative wines:

2 Umbria IGT whites: ColleOzio 100% Grechetto and ColleMurello 100% Trebbiano Spoletino. 
3 Narni IGT Ciliegiolo reds: Asla, a young, steel-aged red; Brecciaro, a more structured version aged in both steel and large French oak; and Ràmici, a single-vineyard Ciliegiolo from sandy soils.

Children can participate with a dedicated menu consisting of pasta with tomato sauce, a breaded cutlet with potatoes, and ice cream. Water is included, while other beverages are charged separately.
