Casale Vallechiesa Winery is the most innovative winery in Lazio with more than a century of experience in the world of wine, located in the province of Rome, exactly in Frascati, producer of indigenous and sustainable volcanic wines, which has evolved over the years, passing from the "wine cart" to the use of the Blockchain (innovative technology) to improve the customer experience and production. We have gone from the wine cart to the blockchain in the cellar!

Our products have a strong mineral component with a marked sapidity, typical of volcanic soils that make our wines unique, and also thanks to a natural source present in our vineyards that makes the soils more fertile and improves the properties of the products.

Our strong point is to welcome the wine tourist and make him feel at home in a well-kept and hospitable environment, where the 360° experience of the life of the winery is the center of attention.

The company is located in the heart of the Frascati area where for thousands of years the cultivation of vines, in addition to the economic aspects, has strong links with art and good living and excellent gastronomy a few kilometers from Rome. Frascati, Doc and Docg, Cannellino di Frascati Docg (a particular late harvest), Malvasia Puntinata Bianca Igt, Bombino Bianco Igt, Cesanese Igt and Roma Dop, Syrah Igt, represent some of our most important wines .
