Perhaps not everyone knows that when you start a virtuous path of this type, you have to face many problems, first of all an immediate collapse of production, which lasts a few years. Chemical agriculture allows a production ten times higher, but over time destroys the land making it almost unusable. We are proud to have chosen the opposite direction. We are proud to have cultivated our land as if it were everyone's land: the land is the most precious asset that humanity possesses... an asset to be preserved with extreme care, at all costs.
