Educating experience

I recently visited the winery with a group of friends. I was pleasantly surprised how clean the facilities were and the equipment was all new. Our guide spoke perfect English and had vast knowledge in the wine making field. He was happy to explain in depth each of the different wine making methods and techniques, answering any questions thoroughly. We sampled several different types of wine throughout the fermentation process and could taste and see the difference between newly started wine and wines along the route to maturity. After the tour, we sampled the finished wines along with some Italian meats and cheeses. All together a very enjoyable and educational experience that I enjoyed and recommend. Thank you!
The outside of the building in autumn was a bit cold, perhaps suggest visitors bring a warm coat or jacket.

We booked the 3 glass tasting experience. We had a great time. Our host was lovely and very knowledgeable about the winery, and wines we tasted. Very good 5

Bellissima la.location, estremamente preparato e disponibile il proprietario.
Si tratta di un nuovo progetto ma i presupposti sono veramente dei migliori.
I vini tutti promossi, le etichette fatevene raccontare.

Über das Weingut und die Weine

Das Weingut Di Colle in Colle ist ein junges und dynamisches Unternehmen, das im Jahr 2024 in den umbrischen Hügeln, nur wenige Minuten vom Trasimenischen See entfernt, gegründet wurde. Das Projekt wurde aus der Leidenschaft für authentischen und nachhaltigen Wein geboren, mit einer handwerklichen Produktion, die das Gebiet widerspiegelt, und einem Engagement für Qualität.

Die Philosophie des Weinguts basiert auf drei Grundwerten: Authentizität, Nachhaltigkeit und Handwerkskunst. Jeder Wein ist das Ergebnis sorgfältiger Arbeit im Weinberg und im Weinkeller unter der Leitung von Vincenzo, einem jungen sizilianischen Winzer mit Wurzeln in Umbrien, der Tradition und Innovation miteinander verbindet und dabei die Umwelt schont.

Wir heißen unsere Gäste herzlich willkommen und bieten Weinerlebnisse auf Vorbestellung an, um die Weine und das Gebiet in einer authentischen und entspannten Atmosphäre zu entdecken.
