Organic Wine Tasting and Tour at Domaine Casta in Patrimonio

Your experience at Domaine Casta begins with a welcome from Rémi and Marie Casta. They will first guide you through the main winery, explaining in simple terms how they produce their organic wines under the Patrimonio appellation. The visit continues in the old cellar of the family farm, where traditional agricultural tools are preserved, including a stone olive press. You will then take a short walk through the vineyards surrounding the estate.

The experience concludes in a former sheepfold that has been converted into a tasting room. Here, you will taste three wines from the latest vintage: two reds and one white from the AOP Patrimonio. Afterwards, you can visit the shop, which offers Corsican artisanal products and the estate’s wines.
