Here is what's in store for you
Discover the authenticity of Saint-Émilion with a guided visit to Clos Systey, a small family-run winery nestled in the heart of this prestigious wine region. From the moment you arrive, you will be welcomed by the winemaker, the grower, or the owners themselves, who will personally share the story of the vineyard, the estate’s certified organic and biodynamic farming practices, and the artisanal process behind their wines.
The tour includes a walk through the vineyards, a visit to the winery and traditional wine press, and an explanation of the key stages of the winemaking process — all in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. The experience culminates with a guided tasting of three carefully selected wines: a structured and elegant biodynamic Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, a fresh and approachable young Saint-Émilion, and a Crémant de Bordeaux, a delicate sparkling wine made using the traditional method. The tasting is complemented by light pairings such as artisanal bread and local products, chosen to enhance the flavors of the wines.
Set in a privileged location with panoramic views of the rolling Saint-Émilion landscape, Clos Systey offers an intimate, educational, and authentic experience. The estate’s commitment to sustainability, low-intervention methods, and quality is reflected in every glass, making this a unique opportunity to connect with the work of a passionate, independent producer.
