You’ll also learn how to make a light zesty tomato sauce to spread on top. Then it’s your turn: put on your apron and start rolling, molding, seasoning, and baking your very own pizza. Finally, enjoy the incredible flavor of the best pizza you’ve ever had — the one you made yourself!
Next, it’s time for dessert with our gelato-making class. Discover the fascinating history and tradition behind Italy’s most famous frozen treat. You’ll learn about the finest ingredients, where they’re sourced, and which natural colors are used by Italian gelato artisans. Our fun and knowledgeable chef will guide you through heating and freezing techniques, and of course, you’ll have the chance to taste delicious, freshly made gelato.
At the end of your pizza and gelato experience, you’ll receive a Recipe Booklet — the perfect keepsake to help you recreate authentic Italian flavors at home and share them with friends and family.
