At Domaine Cédric Vincent, perched on the hills of Pouilly-le-Monial in the heart of the Pierres Dorées, you’re invited to dive into the world of Beaujolais through the story of a passionate and singular winemaker. During this authentic moment of exchange, you’ll learn about the estate’s family roots, heritage, landscape, gastronomy, and above all, its wines.

Your host Laurence will explain the challenges of vineyard work, enhanced by organic and biodynamic practices, and the desire to produce expressive and character-driven wines. After a short tour of the cellar, where you’ll be introduced to their winemaking approach, particularly amphora aging, you'll enjoy a tasting of up to 4 wines from the estate.

Selections may include Beaujolais reds and whites, Saint Amour, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent, and Bourgogne Blanc – an elegant lineup that reflects the diversity and personality of Domaine Cédric Vincent.
