Upon arrival, you will be guided through our headquarters to discover our production philosophy. Next, you will take a comfortable seat in our tasting room with a view of the vineyard and enjoy a tasting of Vitivinicola Fangareggi wines paired with Salame Felino IGP, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP aged 30 months with drops of 8-year-old Balsamic Vinegar and Erbazzone (a typical quiche).
