Sobre la bodega y los vinos

Born in Emilia Romagna, in the province of Modena, Ventiventi represents the union between tradition and innovation, technology and green soul.

Realized by the dream of the Razzaboni family, Ventiventi wants to keep firm and transmit the main values of the lands on which it was built: genuineness, simplicity, authenticity, passion and hospitality. We are a very young winery, the first vineyards were planted in 2016, and since day zero we have adopted a completely organic and eco-sustainable agriculture and production, to offer healthy and quality products.

Our winery is located right in the center of 63 hectares, of which 30 are planted as vineyards. We have native grapes such as Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce, Sorbara, Ancellotta and Pignoletto and international grapes such as Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Cabernet Souvignon and our wines are 100% produced with our grapes..

We have chosen to start this new adventure choosing the Classic Method ( Champenoise Method ) as production method of our wines, in order to obtain fresh products, characterized by a marked finesse, structure and minerality. The Classic Method in fact allows you to enhance all the varietal notes.

The common thread that binds and characterizes all our products is the very low content of sulphites present in our labels, we are below 50 mg / l, the idea has always been to offer healthy and quality products.

Ventiventi is very young, born in the year of which it bears the name, it also boasts a very young team: we are creative, we want to get involved, experiment, offer fresh, young and versatile products, all in full respect of local tradition!

 

 

As method of production we are focus on the Classic Method ( Champenoise Method ) , we have 5 different labels with native grapes such as Lambrusco of Sorbara grapes, Lambrusco Salamino di S.Croce grapes , Pignoletto & international grapes like Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. We also have still wines, one Charmat with Lambrusco of Sorbara grapes and one Ancestral wine ( or Pet-Nat )
