Experience the Art of Sabrage at Champagne Cuillier - De Sloovere
Here is what's in store for you
The Cuillier - De Sloovere Champagne House was born from the union of two families of passionate winemakers who share the same ideals—producing high-quality champagnes while respecting biodiversity and the land. The estate continually evolves to merge modern techniques with ancestral practices.
Through these wine tourism workshops, Cuillier - De Sloovere invites visitors to discover a unique and historic site while learning about environmentally conscious winemaking practices.
Participants will learn how to perform sabrage in a fun and safe way, enabling them to attempt the experience again at home with confidence. The session includes a practice sabrage on an empty bottle, culminating in the sabrage and tasting of a real champagne bottle.
What's Included
- Sabrage demonstration and hands-on practice
- Tasting of the sabred champagne bottle
