Avis
Tour and Tasting
3/1/24
We had a very nice experience at Chateau La Fleur Cravignac. The property is beautiful and we had a very informative tour where we were able to ask many questions and really understand the winemaking process. The tasting was great too! Very generous and friendly hosts made it even better.

À propos du vignoble et des vins
Château Cravignac in Saint-Emilion in Gironde, a very old property, markets its wines under the name “Château La Fleur Cravignac” because it takes its name from its illustrious owner, Jean-Baptiste Lavau de Cravignac, Mayor of Saint-Emilion from 1730 to 1752 and parliamentary lawyer.
Since then, this property has been passed down from generation to generation, and at the beginning of the 20th century, Château La Fleur Cravignac became an official wine at the National Assembly. It was the favorite wine of Raymond Poincaré, President of the French Republic.
In 2021, Karine and Jean de Colbert purchased the property from the Beaupertuis heirs.
