The vineyards of the farm are located in the areas next to the village, streatching up to the near town of Marcialla, for a total area just above 14 hectares. Located at an average height of about 400 meters above sea level, with north-east and south-west exposures, the main autochthonous vines of the Tuscan and Chianti tradition are grown together with international vines, now fully integrated into the Tuscan winemaking tradition. Sangiovese, essencial for the production of Chianti wine, gives the wines body, structure and the unique feature of this grand variety. Like all the great variety, it is austere and slightly tannic when young, becoming elegant - without losing its nature - with time. Other traditional vines of the Chianti are: Canaiolo and Colorino among the red berried ones and Trebbiano and Malvasia del Chianti, which of course have white grapes. Last but not least, the international vines: the Cabernet Sauvignon, gives strength and personality to the wine, the Merlot, which gives softness and elegance and of course the Alicante, which brings color to the wine. The most representative vineyards of Terre del Bruno are Nappolaio and Le More Nere. Nappolaio is the oldest vineyard of the company, it is exposed to south, and its soil is mainly composed of galestro. From this vineyard is produced the homonymous wine. Le More Nere is a vineyard planted exclusively in Merlot. Its soil is tuffaceous and it is located around the town of Marcialla. From this vineyard,
