Wine Tasting & Lunch Experience with views over Umbria at Torre Bisenzio

Torre Bisenzio welcomes you to the heart of Umbria in their boutique winery, built on an estate that was first established in the 13th Century.

Your visit will start with a tour of the newly built winery, built with sustainability at the heart. In the winery, you will have the chance to see how the wines are made at Torre Bisenzio, from the very traditional amphora tanks to their exquisite barrel room where the wines are aged. You also have the opportunity to visit the vineyards of the estate, where they grow indigenous grape varieties. Here you will learn why the grapes are biodynamic certified. You will also get to see how they use Precision Viticulture technology to manage the vineyard to produce the highest quality grapes possible.

After the tour, you will be finally able to relax and admire the wonderful panoramic views over Umbria while enjoying a delicious lunch consisting of a selection of local products followed by a pasta dish, such as fresh pasta with Chianina ragù. Lunch will be paired with the tasting of 4 organic wines of Torre Bisenzio:
