The tasting includes 4 carefully selected wines, chosen among the region’s finest labels, such as Grillo, Carricante, Cerasuolo di Vittoria, and Nero d’Avola, representing the excellence of Sicilian winemaking. You’ll also taste two varieties of extra virgin olive oil from Terre di Landro, produced on the farm’s own estate. To complete the gourmet experience, we serve a generous platter of local cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by traditional Sicilian appetizers like caponata, olive pâté, and sun-dried tomatoes.
